This place is NEVER open during posted business hours. Sign ALWAYS on the door claiming he's out racing. I've been here 6 times in 2 weeks on random days. He was NEVER THERE. He NEVER answers the phone. Has NO message service to tell you if he's in shop or not. No care at all for customer service. Don't ever rely on this place or shop there. Find someplace else.
It would be nice if someone would answer the phone. I tried about 15 times over the last 3 weeks. I give up. Are they even in business anymore?
Brian and his crew did a nice job fixing the brakes on my ebikes. They also do a great job installing new tires on scooters and ebikes. Much recommended!
Brian and Tim did a fantastic job on my bike repair. Took it in early in the morning and go it back that afternoon. Great repair time!
