Let me see… if I could give them negative stars I would. They invoiced the old owner about 3k for a list of stuff that was do be done before closing. Well, nothing was done. Leaking faucet- nope. Leaking toilet- nada. They sure said they did, though.. I’m on my way to buy a new toilet to replace the old. The fastener to the tank was completely rusted through- nothing holding it together, but they said they did the work and all was good. Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!!!
