Thank you. Thank you. I called to get someone to my mom’s house asap. It was 105 when I called them and I’m sure she wasn’t the only person having AC issues in this heat but between the amazing customer service the dispatcher provided to them actually being able to get someone out to her within an hour. I really appreciate it.

What another company couldn’t do in three month Viking Air COULD DO within days!! In over 100 degree temperatures within minutes Viking Air was able to get a tech out to our home. Tell us exactly what was wrong and educate us. They took the responsibility and did everything in their power for our home and our animals to keep us safe when another company failed us twice!
