HATE Viking fuel! Had them deliver a 'fill' to my 3/4 full 100 gal tank. Got the bill but NOT the oil! They charged for 100 gal. though that would be impossible since the tank had 1/4 amount in it. They are NOT a business on the 'up & up'. Common thieves. There's a reason why they're NOT BBB accredited.
Had a delivery on jan 13, Monday. New driver dragged the oil hose over my picket fence and loosened the picket. Later, I couldn’t find the oil ticket that they leave. Found it in the mailbox, folded in half withdog feces stuck between the fold. I called twice to complain, but got lip service. This is un professional and unacceptable!! Viking Fuel filled my oil tanks instead of the intended neighbor's tank then left me to pay a $1,200 bill. I had no contract and had never had any communication with Viking Fuel.
