Building a house with Viking 10/10 Everything else after you’ve signed the contract and your house is built? Worthless. During our walk through, we had a great advisor, but he just told us that Viking would come back in 2-3 weeks for a checkup.. nothing for a few weeks With no scheduling or calling to me ( a listed home owner) Someone shows up at my house for the “check in” to see how we were doing and just was ready for me to sign off? Home is okay no major issues, but I am giving a one star because Viking homes decided to build 3 story apartments right up to our neighborhood, thank you destroying our property values with these eye sores. I pray these wont attract less than desirable people to a neighborhood with alot of kids.
Very little quality. Seems like my house was just slapped together just enough to make code and pass inspection.
I work closely with the folks at Viking Construction on various projects and it's always a relief to work with experienced and communicative people who keep us all on track striving to achieve the same goals. Was just accosted by one of your drivers on Highway 41. He apparently didn't like me checking my phone AT A RED LIGHT. Proceeds to honk at me (when we're in a long line of cars that stopped at the red again maybe 50 feet ahead), then mocks me for another few minutes while he's driving behind me making all kinds of offensive gestures, then flips me off as I turn into my destination.
