They are super responsive and knowledgeable about their craft and transparent throughout the whole process. My roof leaked due to the hurricane and they came out the same day I called to identify the cause of my issue followed by prompt repairs with very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services!
I contacted them to install Starlink on my roof. Jas is so friendly & professional. He did a great job with the install. He even caulked around a box vent that started leaking recently. I’ll definitely contact them when it’s time for a new roof.
I contacted Viking for a pre-sale roof inspection on my mother’s new home. Jas and William responded in a timely manner. Upon walking the roof, they identified a couple of issues and their ability to effectively communicate those issues confirmed we had the right company for the job. Repairs were able to be made same day and accurate documentation was provided. All around easy and great experience.
