We reserved a lot with this company in good faith and were repeatedly told we were still on track to close. Based on those assurances, we made financial preparations and planned accordingly. The lot was later sold as part of a bundled home package without any notice to us. We understand that business priorities can change. I like all the different floor plans they offer & the price ranges that they fall in. Viking Built Homes are quality built homes. Bonus points for them being locally owned & using local suppliers, contractors & vendors.

Very nice and beautiful. The style is very unique.
