Viking apartments was a great first apartment! They’re attentive with service requests and the community is nice and friendly. Crystal in the office is always on top of it and gets things done. I wouldn’t say they’re pet friendly though if they don’t accept dogs, ferrets, rodents or reptiles.
I just recently moved in again for the second time . It was hassle free and everything was taken care of by the time we moved in. Crystal made the entire process easy and painless. I have zero bad things to say about these beautiful apartments !!
Crystal was great to work with and the apartment was clean upon move in. The rental insurance requirement is a little outrageous and you have to go through their insurance company to meet the requirements. Other than that, we have had a great experience thus far.
Amazing response times, crystal was super helpful and explained everything we needed really well. The apartment was beyond expectations and good price for the size
