I moved in this apartment with the alarm already installed, I never had it reactivated since I’ve been here 2020…2024 September 18th 12:00 at night the alarm goes off as I’m going to the ladies room this is a senior citizen apartment and as you can imagine I was horrified but I called Viking Alarm with no account activated the lady could not help me but she took my information and called someone and the owner Carl called me gave me a 4 numbers to put in to stop the alarm. We have been with Viking from the beginning. They have installed, repaired and maintain our alarm and video equipment so it has been reliable for years. Their 24 7 monitoring system gives me peace of mind when I'm away.
The staff answering the phones are rude and not helpful at all. Have an appointment for service, tech is a no show, no call.
