This guy Mark is a scammer. He came to fix my parent's AC, replaced the part and after AC turned on he just left. He did not check airflow at all. When I was not present during repair and paid over the phone with cc thinking that AC is all fixed. When I called in few days later and told him that AC is still not working he came and wanted more money for diagnostics. to make the air flow work saying that his job was only to make sure AC turns on. Insanity.
