Dr Reingold is thorough, informative, and caring. I have already referred him to several people.
He was good for a while but then ended up turning everything into an immediate catastrophe that needed specialists and was the end of everything. Like a single slightly high liver level was signs of liver damage and needed a full diet change and a specialist, to which the specialist was confused why we were even there.
Dr Reingold is fast, attentive, direct without being offensive and genuinely concerned for what is best for you.
I went in for High BP issues. Had an EKG which led to a recommendation for echocardiogram. Waited two months for that appointment. Received my test results in mycharts with zero dialogue from Dr. received a mychart message three days later that test was “reassuring” and that’s it. I sent response asking questions about my 5 pages of results, never heard back. Doesn’t fit my definition of health “care” and to be honest, physician seemed less than interested in discussing details about my health.
Dr. Reingold is clear and concise with his information while still being personable. He’s interested in your input and welcomes questions and concerns. I’ve always felt he’s on top of things which comforts me.

He was 30min late for 8am appointment at city of hope. Then he proceeded to mock my trade as an electrician, as I was there after being electrocuted on the job. Then he kept saying he didn’t know why I was there and I shouldn’t have made the appointment with him. I told him I didn’t make the appointment but my oncologist referred me to him and the oncologist made the appointment. After a very brief (~10min) interaction, that was it. I was very please with my first interaction and follow up visits have all been equally the same. Dr. Ni was personable, and seemed to want to get to the root of my problems. I think the office staff are very friendly and helpful when I have called about concerns. I think you guys are great.
So thankful to be under the care of Dr. Reingold. His wisdom and skill as well as his concern and care for you is unmatched. He respects your time and spends the time necessary to answer all your questions and concerns before leaving the room. He works hard with your insurance to get the best coverage possible. His team from the front desk to scheduling team are outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Reingold for your cardiovascular needs.
