Dr. Varma
Extremely dissatisfied with appointment scheduling. We consistently have to wait 1 hour before being led to an examination room. And then another 15 to 20 minutes before setting the doctor. This is not only inconsiderate but also painful for a patent recovering from spinal surgery. You can do better than this.
Excellent. Dr. Varma takes his time to explain things so that you understand them and provides honest direct feedback. He's very practical and will tell you what you really need, or need to do. No frills, but all delivered with empathy. I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Varma.
