Update 6-12-26 I’m so glad I followed Dr Patel’s care. It’s been 2 years and with shoulder exercises I have indefinitely postponed the replacement Sorry Doc but thank you! Dr Patel gave his second opinion for a shoulder replacement. He’s very professional and offered options to postpone my surgery as long as possible. His bedside manner is very pleasant. I switched to his care because I feel comfortable and trust his judgment.

Excellent care. Dr. Patel was professional, direct, and the surgery was complication free. His assisting staff went far above and beyond to help me with specific work accomadations/communication.

As a physician, I was particularly careful in choosing a surgeon for my torn rotator cuff repair and sought recommendations from fellow colleagues. Vikas Patel, M.D. came highly recommended, and my experience has been outstanding. Given the extent of my injury, my recovery and shoulder function have exceeded expectations. I recommend Dr. Patel without hesitation.

Run run run!!!! Horrible billing experience the Coo Steve said he couldn't return my phone call for 3 weeks because their phone systems were down and and he had no idea they were down this is 2026!! I have tried to resolve my billing issues 3 times now. I was seen in Dr. Patel’s office for carpel tunnel and planned on having the surgery done with him. Glad I didn’t. At the end of the appointment an assistant comes in and says I need wrist braces that are over $200 (1 for each wrist, but I only have CP in one hand, I don’t remember the cost exactly ) and I’m like no I don’t think so, then she says well have one that is only $90 cost to you and I’m like is that for 2 and she says yes, so I say I only need one and so I pay... read more
