Dr Passi is very personable, respectful, and an active listener. He truly shows he likes what he does and cares for his patients. He also communicates very well. I like his mannerisms and I like him.
I expressed my concerns about my hair falling out and clogging up my vacuum cleaner, my skin is dry, finger nails are splitting,etc while I was there for acupuncture. And Dr Passi immediately made an appointment following my acupuncture and did blood test for thyroid. He really cares about his patients.
