Beyond unprofessional. They do not answer the phone, and when they do, the receptionists have no clue what they are talking about. I would call to refill my prescription, and they wouldn't answer or call back for days. I seriously do not know how they are still in business. I requested medical files and was told it would take 5-7 business days. After 15 business days, I emailed them for an update, and they had no response for two days. Honestly don’t believe people that push pills for big pharmaceutical. Prescribing pills for physical conditions is how you deal with it. All pill due is numb your emotions. ALL YOUR EMOTIONS.

Psychiatry in this country is an absolute joke. I’ll start off by saying yes I have dealt with OCD tendencies and anxiety in the past, however was never to a crippling point. During the past year I was over pressured by my mother to go to a “Dr” Malik since I was dealing with anxiety due to a physical problem I was dealing with.
