Beyond unprofessional. They do not answer the phone, and when they do, the receptionists have no clue what they are talking about. I would call to refill my prescription, and they wouldn't answer or call back for days. I seriously do not know how they are still in business. I requested medical files and was told it would take 5-7 business days. After 15 business days, I emailed them for an update, and they had no response for two days.
