They deleted my previous review. So I am back with another. When my client and I walked into the office, the person at the desk had their feet on the desk and was on their phone. Very unprofessional and not paying attention to patients. Once we saw the doctor, he refused to pay attention or listen to me as the caregiver for my client. My wife was admitted to Sentara Hospital last year and was given a follow up appointment with Dr. Vikas Gupta in Hampton VA. a few month later. His office called up and rescheduled the appointment to a later date which was rescheduled again by his office staff. My wife accepted the rescheduled appointment which was to be early next month and now it was canceled again to be rescheduled by his office staff which did not even care that this was the third time.
