Today, 8/27/2021, was checked in at the er for possible kidney infection. Since I was in pain and. Could not drive, arrived by ambulance. I understood I was not a priority, so I would have to wait. I also have muscular dystrophy and can sit in a regular wheelchair. I can use the kind that lifts you out. I told the nurse I could not use it, but was told they would get me out of it. There are some very rude people working the front desks, one nice but the rest rude all the time. They were good with our child at one point but since 2020 they have gone downhill. Recently went here and they tested for all kinds of things when I know I have a sinus infection Along with just bad allergies. They said it’s a virus and sent me on my way with nothing to help. Two days later here I am at prisma and finally a doctor listened to me and gave me antibiotics. Idiots work here!!

Had an MRI done at Pelham Medical Greer, SC. Symura and Melissa were phenomanal. I have also visited other physicians and departments in this Medical Center and have been very pleased with the staff and the Doctors.

I visited the radiology center three times and each time the service and the personnel were phenomenal from the office staff, radiologists and physicians. I would 100% recommend this place.

On June 30 I had pre-op tests and was extremely pleased with Angela, who registered me and took me to the waiting area. I then saw Mirabelle who went over all the information I needed for my upcoming hip replacement. Debbie drew my blood. They were all so terrific and had me at ease from the minute I met each of them. Pelham Medical Center has a terrific staff. Thank you!

I was extremely pleased with the staff of Pelham yesterday. I came in for an Echo and US both. I was registered quickly by Angela. She directed me to a waiting area. I was quickly taken away by Christie who was friendly and professional doing my echo, then she took me back to waiting where Fatima after ushering her wheelchaired patient out told me she would be back after she had cleaned the room. We did not talk because of the nature of the test, but she was very nice and considerate. All were excellent .

Yesterday morning I had a blood draw. My veins in the crook of my arm are "faint" and after years of unsympathetic phlebotomists causing me to literally faint, I am very anxious about blood draws. The kind young African-American woman who drew my blood yesterday did not question my request to draw from the top of my hand, used a very thin needle; and for the first time, there was no bruise. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. Angela who checked me in was very nice and efficient also.

PMC in highway 14 in Greer (Grrr) is a great hospital of the Spartanburg Regional System. I can attest to it as a Medical Interpreter, as a patient and as a relative and friend of patients. Gracias, providers and staff.

On July 16, 2019 I had a colonoscopy at Pelham Medical Center Hospital. I felt as a retired Nurse Practitioner, that I received excellent care. From the very start with Angela M, PAS, through the nurses in preop, who were very efficient; to the Nurse Anesthetist, ( I don't remember his name) starting my IV, to post procedure care by Jocelyn, RN The entire staff made a not so pleasant procedure, very memorable (due to their caring attitudes).
