The doctor that attended me when I went to the ER 7/19th early morning and the technician that did the CT scan, were fantastic. They talked to you like a family member, very attentive, very knowledgeable. The doctor listened to me, he wasn’t in a rush, he even called two days later to check up on me. Top notch care!
Dr Suneet Singh and the team are amazing. Great service and dedicated care. Thorough checking of my vitals gave me the peace of mind I needed.
They take you in quickly and have an excellent doctor and great support staff. They seem to take all the insurance providers, but be ready to pay out of pocket in today's age of high-deductible plans. Note they work with 3rd party medical firms that will likely send you insurance Their choice of using Synergy Radiology was regrettable since that provider has very bad customer service and internal billing processes.

This is the best urgent cause I've ever been to in my life. In fact, they are far better than any hospital in Austin, as well as any PCP or specialist here. VIK Urgent Care in Lakeway is caring, knowledgeable and efficient. And, I have a medical background and read extensively. I have the utmost respect for the doctors, technicians, front desk administration, etc. Thank you so very much!!!
