So fast, so kind, so thorough. Every experience at Vik is perfection.
Usually a great experience at this facility. Just left an extremely over priced visit to be looked at by Dr.Paul Ou for less than a few minutes. Was told he didn’t know what was wrong but he could “shoot from the hip” and prescribe me antibiotics. Was examined less thoroughly than I ever have been. Was charged over 300.00 to get an ekg I clearly did not need. I rarely go to the doctor...I typically just suffer through whatever cough, allergy or stomach bug that invades my life. However, this time I didn't want to risk a weekend with visiting friends so I carved out some time to visit Vik upon my wife's recommendation. Shockingly, it was a very pleasant experience. From intake to swab to results to RX to back in my car...35 minutes. I was astounded. I felt better, I didn't waste a million hours or a million dollars to get there. I'll go back.
I ONLY go to western medical facilities if something is broken. Fantastic staff and service! Even a follow-up call for stiches on injury. -I thought it was going to be "we found something on your x-ray" which has happened in past. VERY thorough and helpful! I'm impressed!
