I visited this facility expecting urgent care, but was instead directed into emergency room-level treatment without a clear explanation. I arrived in stable condition — no fever, no abdominal pain, and no longer dizzy — yet the staff moved forward with tests like a CT scan and EKG that felt excessive for my symptoms. Despite showing visible distress and hesitation, I was not given the time or information to fully understand or consent to the course of action. All staff was extremely attentive
Their staff is absolutely wonderful! Dr. Thompson, Steven, Melinda and the entire staff! Each time we’ve used this facility for emergencies or regular urgent care, they have been wonderful.
Excellent customer service and staff was wonderful
We have been there 3 time sin the last year with my son for various emergencies. No one wants to be at Urgent Care, but this is the place to go! They are fast an efficient and do their best to get you in and out. The staff is always nice and good with kiddos. It's my go to for these little emergencies.
