When I first moved into my house, half of my backyard was ivy and attracted many critters. It wasn't a pleasant place to relax. Additionally, when it rained, the yard would literally turn into a swamp- it was extremely muddy and full of standing water. I bought rain boots to wear just to cross the yard to my garage every morning to get to work. It was annoying. Johan came with a vision.
