Great Physician! Super smart, caring, and compassionate. Highly recommend Dr. Bansal.
The doctors are good, but the billing department is terrible!!! I have been trying to reach them for two weeks and I am told by the staff that they will call me right back, but they don't! They keep texting my 90 year old mom her bill and upsetting her. They are supposed to email the bill to me. The worst part is that her insurance covers everything, so I don't know why they keep texting her the bill before the insurance is billed.
HORRIBLE doctor, HORRIBLE practice. Someone who is insensitive, has no compassion, no empathy, no emotions.. how can she be a psychiatric doctor? What an irony! Long story short, this practice and doctor has denied service to me and cancelled me as a patient because I didn’t show for my first ever appointment which was scheduled quite far and at that time I was miserable and wanted urgent MRI scans and treatment so had to travel out of country for it. Dr. Bansal and her team of P.A.'s have been fantastic in treating a family member with complicated medical issues. Highly recommend.
Changed my dad's meds been having problems since she says not that but they can't find anything in a any test he was able to eat fine until she messed with the meds he ends up in the hospital every week for almost a year and Bansal says nothing is wrong and what she's is doing is right he was good before the med changes!
