The Doctor is great but one of the girls that answers the phone is not to pleasant to talk to. Kind of snubbed needs to improve the way she talks to people especially when they tell her if u can't afford to do something. Money doesn't grow on trees. Not everyone could afford to do everything that they need to do. I don't want to use her name because I am not the type to complain n throw people under the bus. She is inpatient. Being kind is free.
