I joined the amazing Vigor family in September. I love the smaller classes they offer. With lots of one on one training and motivation I feel stronger already. Each day the coaches give me a personal workout goal to work towards. Can’t wait to see the long term effects of consistent effort.
Vigor Community Gym is a welcoming & encouraging place . Knowledgeable instructors help challenge me in my fitness journey . Working out helps me to age actively & has a positive effect on my physical & mental health .
I was pretty out of shape and need some drive and a place to hold me accountable. Vigor was the place, their staff are amazing and really genuinely care about my body and my mental state. They are a super positive and fun group that are literally cheering you on each step of the way.
I can’t say enough good things about this gym. Everyone’s friendly, encouraging, and it honestly makes working out fun. The coaching is great too, always focused on how I’m feeling that day and on the bigger picture of improving my overall health and fitness. Mike and Kathy are fantastic coaches who pay attention to the small details and help me move better every session.
