I had them out to diagnose an issue from a previous installer that I hired (not a Viglione tech). Not only was the tech able to diagnose the problem quickly, he solved it and told me exactly what we needed to do in order to fix the problem for good. They very quickly and fairly priced the work and completed the job. I'll never go anywhere else!
I’d be careful with this company. I did not have a good experience and when I asked why a technician did not inform me of low freon levels (that resulted in 5k+ worth of ceiling damage bc my AC did not hold the freeze) - David Fitzgerald’s response on writing was “What did you expect w/ a unit that's over 25 years old? It doesn't take a qualified technician to see the unit is rusted and not in very good shape.” How is that possibly an appropriate response to a customer? Stay away at all costs.
Short form review. If Viglione was the last HVAC company on the planet I’d rather sit in my house and sweat. We paid this outfit about $20k for a new system and in our first cooling season on the Memorial Day weekend we thought the system was not cooling the home very well. Called Viglione and they came out and said the refrigerant level was low, topped off the system and said it was probably due to our install in the previous fall and temperature variations.
