The gentlemen who came to fix the water leak under my furnace were quick, courteous and efficient. I wish I had gotten their names. They explained every detail of what was wrong and how they fixed the issue. Viglione is the best.

Terrible customer service. Waited from 1:00-4:00. Never showed up. Tried calling. Several times. Left numerous messages. No one got back to me. That was a Friday. On Monday I still hadn’t heard from them. I called the office and talked to the woman who initially told me they had “ thousands” of customers to be serviced. Should had been a red flag. From the very first contact with Dave to the second contact with Chris, the technician to the great young and well educated and well informed installers. An absolutely spectacular experience and a great job done by true professionals. I would highly recommend this company for the straightforward, pricing attentiveness of the technicians and professionalism of the installation.

I have nothing but praise for Viglione. They handled two emergencies, one for the furnace, one with the Air Conditioners, with efficiency and real kindness, going the extra step.
