Brian and Jeffrey came to my house quickly to fix my air handler. They had to increase the incline of the drain pipe. That another company installed wrong both men were knowledgeable and very polite.
Had furnace and water heater installed about 10 years ago and added AC about 5 years ago. Have had a service contract the entire time. They have always been prompt, no nonsense, and when AC was installed the tech took it upon himself to make improvements to the filter box from the initial installment. Recommended Viglione to a friend when they needed a zone added to their AC, and they said they were happy with the outcome.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They came out four different times told me it was three different things! Today they said it was fixed and they were all set. I come home from work. This is what I find outside my AC not put back together tools still on the grass and the AC not working I called the emergency line left a message with no return call!!! The gentlemen who came to fix the water leak under my furnace were quick, courteous and efficient. I wish I had gotten their names. They explained every detail of what was wrong and how they fixed the issue. Viglione is the best.
Terrible customer service. Waited from 1:00-4:00. Never showed up. Tried calling. Several times. Left numerous messages. No one got back to me. That was a Friday. On Monday I still hadn’t heard from them. I called the office and talked to the woman who initially told me they had “ thousands” of customers to be serviced. Should had been a red flag.
