I am absolutely dissatisfied with the installation of Mitsubishi mini split hyperheat system by Viglione Heating & Cooling. 5 days after they finished installation and left, system started performing erratically. Sure enough there was a leak in one of the flare connections. They came, evacuated the system, made new flare, tested and recharged. Two weeks later back to square one - I can see another flare connection leaking refrigerant. Total lack of professionalism if you are not able to make a simple flare connection. Now I ... read more
I decided not to pay attention to the negative reviews, but I was wrong. I called them four times, and it has been two weeks already, and I'm still waiting for David Fitzgerald to call me back. They are definitely not interested in the business. Guys, call another company. Viglione has too much to do and is not interested in new clients.
Very nice people. They get back to you and really try to accommodate and help. Very grateful very professional. A blessing in the cold.!
Just completed new Construction in Westbrook and Viglione did the heating cooling system. They did first class work and were a pleasure to work with. They were always professional and showed up whenever they were scheduled. There were times that we had delays due other contractors not following through, but they understood and worked around our issues. I highly recommend this team!
Owner and workmen could not have been nicer. Work was professional, the job was completed quickly, the cleanup was excellent. I could not have been more pleased.
