I can still get through to a human!!!
Vigilante Electric Lineman are fantastic. They get 5 stars. Changes in the admin end of this coop royally stink! The personal interaction with their customers is becoming nonexistent. I believe they are completely loosing touch with the people they serve. The fearless leader touts the postage increase of 2 cents a valid reason to pay your bill online. Did he mention that the admin costs increased $8 all while office hours are being cut? How can one complain about 2 lousy cents, OR the fact that the fees (not the power costs)... read more
