Extremely pricey. No choices of humane price options , unimpressed. 100.00 to disconnect 250.00 start up. No good options for people who don't live there.The majority of the time.
Was out of town when I recieved a message about a planned power outage, 4 hours later I recieve a message that the substation is down. During that time, I had 30 pounds of food prep go bad in my freezer. (Over $250 worth) Communication with customers needs to be better.
