We are so impressed with this facility and the staff. Incredibly clean, highly professional staff, and so friendly. They had a Christmas event with Santa and had special cookies that my daughter, who has multiple food allergies, could eat because they remembered us talking about it when we got our unit in November. That's awesome customer service right there!

This is a super clean, well-managed facility and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Their staff is friendly and they are willing to accommodate you. I have nothing but awesome things to say about Cedar Ridge storage. I used a climate controlled unit that was easy to access and their provided carts made it very easy to move in & out. Thank you guys for being so great!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! They will sell your life for measly profit. I want my heart back. Sold all of our family's stuff with no warning and no notice! The furniture in there was worth no more than a couple hundred. I don't even care abt that stuff. WE ARE TRAUMATIZED! Irreplacable photos, medical records, personal items of extreme sentimental value. We paid 5K just to get this stuffed moved 800 miles because it was cherished.
