Its my first year filing taxes. I originally tried self filing with turbo tax and it gave me a low number for my tax return and their service was more expensive than they let on. I was able to call VTS and schedule an appointment for the next day and Zenaida helped me get a significantly better tax return. Considering how hard & expensive it is to file while being a gig worker, she made it much easier for me to understand, all while giving me tips on what to account for when i file next year.
