My father was admitted to the hospital for pain secondary to prostate cancer stage 4. My family is trying to help my dad with this part of his life and we are scared and sad and this is a difficult time for us. When the doctor came in to do rounds there was no compassion, straight to the point. Then he was upset with me for mentioning hospice. The entire staff is very kind and caring
I met Dr. Vigil during one of my surgeries and he was so caring and very compassionate. I decided from then on that's he was going to be my doctor. I would never consider going anywhere else.
Dr Vigil is fine but the way the office is operated is appalling, in my opinion. I actually sat in waiting room and called as no one came to the window and they STILL DID NOT ANSWER the phones! Could hear the girls talking in the back and it was posted office hours. Why? Even pharmacy questioned why they don't answer phones during supposed office hours. This is not acceptable no matter how kind the doctor is- it is just too frustrating.
