If you are a veteran trying to get referee here from the VA, do not waste your time. The VA told me they tried to get in touch with Vigeo in weatherford multiple times and they haven't received a response. (Its been a couple months) My situation is definitely not unique as I have another veteran friend in town who had the same issue.
