This apartment complex used to be the talk of the town and the place to be But man has that changed….. After many attempts of trying to feel at home here again myself and my husband decided to leave Views on 5th and go elsewhere. While I did not rent due to life changes I had a great experience touring the building. The views are spectacular and the staff was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. The facilities are clean and well kept. Definitely keeping them in mind when we make the move to Oly
I have been wanting to write this review for the past month, and I’ve been very hesitant but I think myself as well as other residents that have been here for the past couple years feel the same way. I’m a small business owner moving my business from Seattle down to Olympia, and apartment hunting has been… a lot. I’ve toured quite a few places, but Views on Fifth completely stopped me in my tracks. Like - where has this place been?! The building itself is gorgeous. Clean, modern, bright, and just really well thought out. The views alone sold me, but walking through the space, it just felt right. This review is also for ICON. This community used to feel alive. When I first moved in, the management and staff were the main reason I chose this place, and Kevin (plus Otis, Jason & Aaron) was a huge part of that. He went above and beyond, brought personality and care into everything he did, and made residents feel seen and valued. That level of leadership is rare and it showed.
