I rarely if ever leave reviews! This is my second review, the first was shortly after moving in. But I am a big believer in giving credit where credit is due! I have lived here for roughly a year now and couldn’t be happier here! Kevin is by far the best management I have ever encountered at any condo, apartment or housing management company!! Wonderful and awesome management and staff!. Great views of Capitol Lake and Budd Bay! The amenities here are top notch! I have stayed here on 3 separate occasions and ALL were great! Look no further than Views on Fifth! You will not be disappointed!
Spectacular Views of the Capital and Marina. Management here is top notch. Accessible, friendly, incredibly helpful for any question or concern. We love the location and its accessibility to Bayview Groceries, Olympia Downtown, The Library and Washington Performing Arts Center. Everything we need is within walking distance
