i got completely scammed and insulted
I can’t be more clear, they literally scammed us then ignored us. Do not book here.
Completely scammed me. I booked a room around 6:30 last Thursday. I was then asked by the property manager if I can make an 8pm check in time. I told them I couldn't since I was going to the leafs game but could make 9-10work. In quotes I was told "Ok I’ll contact Expedia to help you with relocation for another space" after this my calls and messages were ignored as I was trying to figure out what was going on. 8pm hits and I get a call from hotels.com which is the app I booked through saying I cannon get a refund now as the... read more
They leave the booking page open and then leave the front desk empty. That’s how they make their profit. All the responses you get are from bots. I doubt if all other reviews are from bots too. If you expect standard hotel services, simply go to other chained hotels. Avoid this AIRBNB.
