Appointment was right on time and went very smoothly.Very pleased with the place.
Everyone was very nice from the receptionist to the the young ladies that take care of you before Dr. Klemke comes in. My only issue was I got charged for a refraction that I didn't ask for or want. She said at the desk it was her fault and she was sorry. She would try sending it into the insurance and see if they would cover it. But I'm sure it's not going to be covered and I'll get charged anyway so that was my only issue. This is not the first time this has happened. Not very happy with it. Thank you
