Kim did an excellent job of explaining the different options for shades that would work at my condo, including color, operating system, window type and light. I settled on Hunter Douglas Applause top down bottom up with EZ Glide. Installation by Eddie and his helper was professional. Kim even came back a few weeks later to install a small missing part. Definitely recommend!

He was extremely knowledgeable, his prices were competitive, and we decided to move forward with a whole house set of Hunter Douglas wood blinds.
