This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Viewpoint and it was even better the second time around. The place is breathtaking, the staff are truly wonderful, and there isn’t a better place to escape the world and enjoy the beauty of Maine. This place is truly special.
The ability to reserve the hot tub and sauna for non-event use was frustrating. That was one of our favorite experiences, but when we asked about using it, it was already reserved. When we returned to use it at the specified time, the reservation had shifted by an hour, and we were never notified that it was available earlier. This just causes unnecessary planning issues for this space and creates inconvenience for others who simply want to enjoy the area meant for all guests and are willing to share.
