I was in Canmore for a business trip and bent my glasses in late Feb. I walked in and they fixed it for me right away during lunch time. They were so kind and professional! Super grateful for their help.
This was my first time visiting the store. I asked a few questions, and while she was helpful, I was not satisfied with the welcome or the way the lady spoke to me. It made me feel uncomfortable, and I didn’t even get the chance to try more than two pairs of glasses
This is my second review for this place and I'm very disappointed with their service. I always get my eye exam and glasses from this place and this time I took my son also for his eye exam but the experience wasn't that good. Doctor is very nice and knowledgeable but I think they really have to work hard on the customer service .
It is my first time with this eye optic as it was recommended by my staff but my first time turn out to be bad experience. I am giving one star as I am not impressed on how they deal with the customer I am very understanding person but it reach to my limit of my patience. I went to pick up my eye glasses only to find out that it was given to other customer. I just wondering how they just giving the eyeglasses without confirming the customer name.
