I ordered glasses here as I was told it was a good place to get them but I never asked for progressives and thats what I got, i couldnt even see anything when i tried them on. I had to refund as I never asked for progressives.
Visiting the area and my daughter’s glasses needed a new screw in the lenses. I dropped them off, they told me to come back in 30 minutes, no guarantees. The threads were stripped but they put a tiny bolt in. I asked how much - no charge! If I lived in the area they would have an instant customer. Amazing service, incredibly friendly welcome, and unexpectedly kind. Thanks!
