July 17, 2026 I would give 0 stars if I could. Communication is phenomenal until they get paid then crickets. Their spiel is "call at this time we can talk etc.". Nothing. I hope the treatment for my loved one is better than this. But so far, they are terrible, once they get paid. Feels a lot like a cheap used car lot. Be very careful with these folks. My child was the victim of sexual assault at the hands of a staff member named Brandon while at View Point Recovery in Utah. (I could not post without giving one star.)
The owner is the meanest person I have ever met. She is emotionally and verbally abusive toward clients. Clients and staff are afraid of her. I am sad for anyone who ends up in treatment at Viewpoint.
I can't even rate this facility lacks communication lies. Owners are very unprofessional they lack communication with family judge and call their clients names very disappointed. I even had a staff member call me and tell me my son didn't deserve to be treated this way. Staff is inteminated by owners I would never send a loved one there period!!!
