At the time they were open 8-5 - very convenient for not dealing with people who have a 'regular' work day. Maintenance manager is off on Saturdays. Good choice. I have a long horrible story but I will condense it so I don't have to relive it: Took two months for a smoke detector to get fixed. Viewpointe is really nice, it is better than typical apartments, which is probably why they are turning them into Condos in 6 to 12 months. Good location, near the University of California Riverside.
