Hygienist was amazing , very patient , I hadn’t been in a long time and she was very understanding and pleasant to talk to . Dentist was very nice and high energy and very sweet.
Review updated: The receptionist michelle is very argumentative. Seemingly having major difficulties with menopause. They would do well with an office manager who can monitor this type of behaviour. She also allows her personal discrimination of people with multiple children to be very evident. Unfortunately when calling the only person answering is the michelle and theres no way to get to someone else to escalate her unprofessional behavior. I highly recommend Erin at Viewmount Dental. She is SO good at her job, so thorough, patient and kind. I had a pretty challenging cleaning, and was in the chair for over two hours. I had a couple moments where I was in pain, and pretty nervous. She calmed me down beautifully, and gave me encouragement to finish. It was pretty rough, and I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. She is an absolute angel. Thank you Erin. All of the staff are so kind and helpful. Thank you ladies so much! Trista
