Please take note this review is for the Catawba Valley family medicine location on Springs Road… I am being charged over $300 for a visit That took over two hours... and they did NOTHING. If I could give this medical practice less than 1 star, I would. They recently took over my medical records after being a patient of Dr. Samuel Bowen for more than 10 years, at which time I received excellent and valued care. However, this practice has repeatedly dropped the ball with me. I had a sleep study scheduled on 6/8/18 and by 7/25 had still heard nothing from the doctor's office. I am SO EXITED to join this practice! I have known Mimi Starnes for almost 30 years, as well as her mother Aileen (also in the practice - started it, I'm pretty sure). The intake was easy (LOVE being able to pre-print forms at home and complete). Donna (who got my history) was a great listener and asked questions to help get all the info they needed.
