My first review from several months back was a five star but due to my last visit, I changed to a one star and here is why: the wash was $25 and the workers at the start using the brushes did nothing more than hit and miss. They only brushed about half of the windshield leaving bugs behind. The wash left soap all down the passenger side of my vehicle and the manager said it was because of the way my factory unchanged Ford Explorer was made. Rude staff. Sit around and talk about their customers. Sad that’s probably the only job they can get with those attitudes
Busted spare tire cover on Rav4. Will not pay for it. Hard fiber glass. One star is too high of a rating!

RecommendedBest car wash in Hickory! Raed took the time to find my daughter's necklace that I accidentally vacuumed up while cleaning my car. He saved the day! The car wash is quick and cleans the whole car, while most car washes do not clean all of an SUV. The vacuums are free/included and so strong. I will never go anywhere else! Thank You!
Monthly membership is tax included something competitors don't do. The vacuums will literally suck your skin off lol air hoses for your tires at each station they have the mat cleaner for both flat mats AND weather mats. Restrooms are always clean family owned and operated so they take their job way more seriously than their competitors in Hickory. Currently, I'm a monthly member and I'm fully satisfied with the quality of the washes.
Very satisfied with the cleaning results from the $10 option- my car was super filthy. Will be going back, as this is now THE car wash I’ll be using from now on. ��
