I have been living here for 5+ years. In that time I’ve had my car towed numerous times even while adhering to all the parking rules. They have a lot monitoring company that tows vehicles even when in compliance with parking rules, all while allowing other cars to sit there untouched, unregistered this is my 3rd time this year having my car towed without proper cause leaving me with the fees associated with getting your car towed. The new management is the greatest yet! Floyd the maintenance technician is the best one I've over 20 years I've been living here. He maintains the building and treats your home both dignity and respect. He's such a hard worker. In gkad the property is finally being taken care of correctly by the new management. I hope to be here for thr next 20 as long as this new team keeps up the good work. -henry
