The water is not clean and has a yellow tint. Once boiled and left to settle the water's particles are revealed. Please insure that you highly regard this compliant as this is a matter health. Additionally the maintence crew have left the outside of the apartments in a horrible condition while working on filling the gaps on the sidewalk. Please insure that you maintain cleaniness while fufilling your work.
