We rented from View Property Mngt 10yrs back. Never had to complain about any maintenance work not being done. If there was a problem they came out and it got fixed. We treated the home as if it were ours, like fix minor things (good for practice) but we always informed them too. When we left, did a walk thru, got our deposit and moved on. So last year we found ourselves back in the area in hopes of getting into something affordable. RENTER BEWARE!!!!!! RUN FAST IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! STIR CLEAR OF THEM. I've contacted the BBB and have have taken legal action. View Property management are slumlords. They will definitely take your money, make empty promises and lie to you as if they know nothing of what was spoken about. I initially did business with the assistant Tesha Martin when it came to intial move-in walk through of the property, signing of my lease and discussion of maintenance issues. I would not recommend this rental com, Rented two years, before i moved in after signing lease had to clean the nasty house from top to bottom, the day i closed cleaning person no show, septic flooded downstairs didnt even clean carpet i had to do it, now iv move out they are taking part of my deposit because of things i had no control of crooks!!!
