What can I say... Lacette (new so called manager) is horrible. She threatened me and many others. She retaliates, in my case illegally towing my car. She didn't migrate the records properly and stuck old information on my sticker and told me not to worry it would be fine. Then my SUV was taken to a tow yard. When I asked to be repaid She gave one excuse after another. Never reimbursed. The grounds look like an ashtray, with all the cameras you'd think they could determine the violators.
