I had somewhat of a decent experience living there for most of the time, however there were constant water issues with my building 3935 and the water had to be turned off multiple times sometimes with in less of a day notice. In general I didn't notice the water issue much except for mainly the water temperature wouldn't stay constant in my shower and would keep changing to extreme hot or cold. Living at View Pointe has been a great transition! The leasing office team are communicative and on top of everything my partner and I have needed so far. The space is nice, quiet, and comfortable. It really does feel like home for us. EDIT: We left View Pointe Apartments, and just wanted to reiterate how great this place is. The management, maintenance techs, and neighbors are fantastic. Would 100% come back if the current endeavor does not work out. We also appreciate the little events that are hosted at View Pointe.
I will be contacting the landlord on Monday, January 27, 2025, regarding the excessive noise caused by the new tenant's loud front door closing. Please verify the identity of the responsible individual before leaving a voicemail at my phone number. Note that the issue pertains to apartment 310, not 309. The new tenants, who have been residing here for a month, have demonstrated a pattern of loud behavior.
