Overall a well run Apartment complex. Maintenance is quick and thorough, while the ladies in the Leasing office are sharp, funny and resourceful. Any issue I've had was addressed almost immediately, just communicate with them.
Ants unpon move in, they provided a pest spray that did absolutely nothing. The second time I reported it, they gave me ant baits, which also did nothing. You can't open the window in the winter and use the FAN mode on the A/C to suck/blow out the smell of cooking from your kitchen for a few minutes or else management will reach out to you. New tenants that moved in are loud, smoke marijuana in a smoke-free building, and leave their laundry in the washer/dyer for hours.
