The front staff is absolutely amazing. They're very professional and respectful. I also have to say that Ashley is very professional also. The nurse was very rude; therefore, I have nothing good to say about her. I never did meet the doctor and was only there for counseling. I had to stop going because of reasons that had nothing to do with the facility and plan to go back soon.
☆☆☆☆ I strongly caution anyone considering Newton County Viewpoint location. **Chantsy Watkins**, the top manager here, demonstrates **extremely poor leadership**, and her actions (or lack thereof) speak volumes about how this facility is run. I like this place. The staff is very professional & respectful. Ashley is very professional and good at her job. I can tell that she truly do care about the mental health and quality of life of her patients. The facility is clean & the waiting times are not bad. I do have a problem though. Any patients that are there just for counseling should not be forced to see the nurse or doctor or be giving the impression that have no choice in the matter. I say that because its not true.
