The front staff is absolutely amazing. They're very professional and respectful. I also have to say that Ashley is very professional too. The nurse was very rude; therefore, I have nothing good to say about her. I never did meet the doctor, and I was only receiving counseling. Due to circumstances unrelated to this facility, I had to stop coming here.

☆☆☆☆ I strongly caution anyone considering Newton County Viewpoint location. **Chantsy Watkins**, the top manager here, demonstrates **extremely poor leadership**, and her actions (or lack thereof) speak volumes about how this facility is run. My son and I have experienced and been shown **discrimination, dishonesty, and retaliation** when I tried to advocate for proper mental health treatment for my loved one.
