Nice building
If this building lived up to its potential, I'd easily give it 5 stars. Previous owners did not invest in maintaining the building. The current owners seem to want the building to meet its potential, but a couple of decades of neglect cannot be fixed overnight. First The Good. 24 hour door staff, all utilities included in rent so you have no additional bills. There is a small laundry on each floor.
