This company changes its name and operates under multiple names, not sure why. Buyer beware on new homes. They do not do what they say they are going to do as far as repairs due to workmanship.
Just bought a new house from them for $600K but their garage outlet can't even handle medium-sized freezer. The breaker kept tripping and they couldn't do anything to fix it. Very disappointed!!
We have a bellied sewer line on a one year old house. They are giving us the runaround on this, and it appears like they aren’t going to make it right. 13k to repair this, not good at all!
