Desert View Homes built a house with a large portion of the foundation missing. A major corner of load bearing walls sitting on no foundation. The lead superintendent confirmed yesterday the home is not to code. The issue started when the shower floor started to sound hollow shortly after we moved in. Then black mold started to appear. Usually I refrain from writing a negative review but I think this one is an exception. I signed a contract with View homes in Nov 2022, for a house on Rubicon road. This was under construction house where I could choose everything. While making the deal the floor plans were discussed in great details and we have signed contracts on what comes with the property. 1.)
