General cleanliness was not great. Vent in room thick with dust. Black mould in shower. Some staff very polite, others extremely rude and abrupt. Fire door kept ajar in restaurant.
Lovely stay here - close to the racecourse if you are going to an event. We did have to catch an uber into the city and/or Southbank, for more things to do and places to eat, that wasn’t an issue. The Ubers were only 5 minutes and reasonably priced. The hotel was very clean and staff were lovely. The towels were especially large and soft and the beds and pillows were super comfy.
