Stained sheets. Dirty bathroom needs mould remover. Werid photos in the walls through the hallways. Not really appropriate, sexual strange pictures not kid friendly. Paid $350 for the night so wasn’t super cheap. Needs to be upgraded if they want to keep it at that price

This is a great hotel clean and well positioned near the brisane river, great walk, suitable for riding a bike and good size the gym and pool. The issues are around customer service at the diner. The restaurant waiting staff and 1 of the cooks were having loud and lengthy conversation complaining about someone whilst we were having breakfast on a saturday morning. Lovely hotel. Beds and pillows are super comfortable and the young man on breakfast shift in the restaurant was wonderful. Highly recommend

Reception was empty every time I visited (5 times) and nobody answered the phone when I tried calling on multiple occasions. I tried to request late checkout and was told there would be a charge to checkout at 11am, despite this being normal check out time. The gym is impossible to find. The outdoor pool wasn’t clean & was unusable.
