Our home buying and building process has been awesome with TriPointe at The View at the Reserve. We looked at all the current builders in the area, and none were able to compete with the price, customization, or customer service TriPointe provides. Renette has been amazing since the beginning, Joyce made choosing the interior finishes easy and was very informative, and Gaylen has explained everything during the building process and has given us peace of mind on our decision to build with TriPointe.

I submitted a warranty ticket in November 2025 for repairs covered under my one-year builder warranty. The inspector documented numerous deficiencies during the inspection. To date, I have not received any phone calls or correspondence to schedule a walkthrough or corrective work, despite prior representations that follow-up would occur. This lack of response raises concerns regarding the fulfillment of warranty obligations. Updates 1/16/25 Builder have followed up and started working on the warranted items.

Nathan from warranty department provide terrible customer. He will try to find ways to not fix problems that is caused by the builders. I recommend anyone who may be interested to take your money elsewhere. I will also be posting more reviews on reddit and other people to be aware.
